Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone!  Since New Year's is coming up, spice up your wardrobe with sequins and sparkles, in a top, a skirt, or even in your nailpolish!  Sequins are coming back in for 2011 so add a little sparkle to your outfit whenever possible! ;)

Holidays!

As everyone knows, the holidays are here!  Put away all of your summer clothes and bright colors and experiment with black, brown, dark purple, and all of those colors that you can only wear this time of year!  I recently got my nails painted a blackish gray color which I have never gotten before.  I am usually the type to get a french manicure, but I stepped out of the box to try something new and I encourage everyone to do the same this season!!

Style Tips

Whenever wearing crop tops or short blouses, they elongate your legs so pair them with jeans and some funky flats.  Whenever wearing a longer shirt, they tend to shorten your legs, so pair them with jeans and high heels!

New Trends

High-waisted shorts are replacing high-waisted skirts this season!  Pair them with black tights and a small heel for a night out!

Makeup Tips!

Its blogger #1 here with some new makeup trends and tips!  First, the cat-eye was mostly last year, and this year the new eye look is to mix different eye shadow colors.  My favorites to mix are green and purple.  For lip color, red is the new color to wear, and the most popular product is Chanel's Rouge lipstick.  Soft blushes, such as Dandelion by Benefit are also in this fall.  Another idea is to purchase a light shade of bronzer for the winter.  As it gets colder, I always keep some Laura Mercier bronzer with me so my summer glow never fades ;)

For my birthday, the other cdjfashionblogger gave me this set called "glamour to go" by too faced.  It has lip gloss, blush, and eyeshadow in one set!

The next product I put on is La Bella Donna minerals.  These minerals are wonderful for cover-up, or for a little extra color!

Makeup!

Here is the first thing i put on my face in the morning after washing it:  Smashbox primer.  It is an award-winning product that makes your face appear flawless with just a small dab!

Blonde is what every girl wanted their hair to be last year.  This year it changes.  The new hair color to have is bronde: a mix between brunette and blonde.  Audrina Partridge was one of the first celebrities to start this new trend!

Out with the Old, and In with the New!

There are many new trends and looks that are coming in for this Fall and Winter.  Many trends that were popular last year are going out of style for this year.  The new trend for women this year is men's wear for women.  This summer, I went to London and bought a blazer at a store called Selfridges.  Also, UGG boots are going out, and are being replaced by Hunter rain boots.  Lastly, heels were progressively getting higher and higher last year, and this year, flats are coming back into style.

Bonjour my little fashionistas! I'm blogger 2 and unlike blogger # 1, I would say that I have a particular style that I like. I've noticed that I like very elegant, classy, preppy styles of clothing. Although that is the style of clothing I find myself wearing most often, that doesn't mean that I never wear anything else besides that. Currently my favorite fashion trend is menswear for women. I love the blazers and the high-waisted shorts. I recently ordered a navy blazer that I am waiting to arrive. Another one of my favorite trends, I don't know if it's necessarily current but I love the pop-a-color trend. Pop-a-color is when you are wearing all neutral or black and white colors and then you choose one article of clothing or accesory that is a bright color. Well now that you know a little bit about my sense of style here are some fun facts about me:
My favorite color is pink! I LUV everything pink!
My favorite food is pasta
My favorite drink is coffee
My favorite store is Bloomingdales!I'm obsessed
My favorite designer would have to be...I don't know I have so many. I'd say either Tory Burch or Michael Kors

Hey all my fashion lovers out there!  I am blogger #1!  I would have to say that I do not have one style in particular that I love and wear all the time.  All of my friends have different styles.  One of my best friends has a very unique and chic style.  She is more bohemian.  She loves to wear flowing skirts with a tucked in button-down.  I love her style, but Free People is not the only thing I will be caught wearing.  I would say that I have a mixed style.  People cannot predict what I will wear next.  One day I might wear a bohemian dress with gladiators, and the next day I would wear skinny jeans, a black crop top, and tall black boots.  I love fashion, and I love expressing my style!  I love reading magazines to keep up with the latest trends, and I love keeping up with many other fashion blogs.  I have talked a lot about my personal style in this blog post, so here are some other facts about me: blogger #1.  My favorite color is purple, my favorite food is just anything with bread, and my favorite designer is Ella Moss.  My favorite magazine is definitely Seventeen.  I have always wanted my own fashion blog, and I cannot wait to share with everyone everything I can about fashion and styles!!
